My freshly painted boudoir studio, exciting news and Foxy Friday

Happy Foxy Friday Everyone!!! I finally posted some of my favorite boudoir images that I never got around to. Enjoy!

I am so excited that I just can't stand it anymore. Over the last few weeks and with the help of my husband and my dad, I have been transforming our spare bedroom into my very own boudoir studio. So far the walls have been painted and this weekend I will be starting on the trim and painting some furniture. I only have two weeks left to finish before a big boudoir event that I am holding. But it should be done soon and I will be ready to take clients most Saturday and Sundays starting the weekend after Labour Day Weekend. Yay!!

In celebration of my new studio, I am offering an exclusive benefit to any client who books their studio boudoir session with me to take place by the beginning of December. Please continue reading for more details.

My new boudoir packages start at just $199 plus HST which includes one set with unlimited outfits and a 45 minute session. For a limited time - until the beginning of December only - each client to complete their session by that time will receive an extra gift with their session!! This gift will range from a complimentary Mini Kiss Album set (value of $75), Teaser Greeting Cards or your own version of an 11x17 Pin-Up Calendar depending on which package you pick out.

On top of that, I am also giving out a handful of gift cards to stores like MAC, Bath & Body Works, La Senza, Town Shoes and more to new and past clients who refer the most completed sessions before the end of the year!!! Please contact me for more details.

Miss G's Very Sexy Outdoor Boudoir Session - Part I

Over the last couple months I have been really trying to find unique locations in Durham Region to bring my engaged couples and some of my more daring boudoir clients, and I have to say that the effort was well worth it. Just this weekend I was finally able to use a few of these locales with the perfect client. Stay tuned for Part II which will be posted tomorrow evening.

Hand in hand

She cringed as she second guessed her footing, hoping that the narrow heels on the shoes she was wearing would not give out. Hoping that they wouldn't become wedged and stuck between the rocks that were most likely underneath the long grass, weeds and branches on the small hill they were clmibing.

Navigating her way on a path of beaten down grass, she felt his hand in hers and instantly felt relieved. It was the hand she had been holding onto for the last decade, since her last year of highschool and it is the hand that she will continue to hold for the rest of her life.

Happy Saturday.

What are you doing this Weekend?

I doubt any of you have anything going on this weekend as exciting as I do.

Some of you may know how little good TV is on during the typical weekday. Wow is it bad. I learned this while I was on maternity leave during 2008-2009. Fortunately, I stumbled across a show while flicking through the never-ending amount of soap operas, talk shows and infomercials. The show is on the Outdoor Life Network (channel 58 in Durham Region) and it is called "Departures". When I first came across it, OLN was airing re-runs of the first season and I became addicted. The show is amazing. I find myself

It features three young men, Scott Wilson, Justin Lukach including a camera man, Andre Dupuis from Brantford, Ontario who are traveling around the world. The show is so successful that not only did it get a second season, but their third season is about the premier on OLN this Saturday evening!!

You might be asking yourself at this point (if you are still reading), what does this have to do with this weekend. Well.... the Departures crew is putting on a VIP Gala in downtown Toronto for the premier that is open for only 300 of their biggest fans are invited to attend. Myself along with two of my good friends have RSVP's and are attending. The event maxed out within 2 hours or so after it was posted on Facebook!!

Check out the following trailors for the show from YouTube:

Amanda's Favorite Things

A few years ago, when I was in college and was often home in the middle of the afternoon (those were the days), I would occasionally watch Oprah and my favorite episodes of her show was when she showcased her favorite things. Mind you, I won't be giving out cars or any of my other favorite things to my readers.

1. http://www.etsy.com/

Etsy is an online community of artists selling from 150 countries around the world. You can find a gift for that one difficult person that has everything. Next time you have a spare moment, check out the site. It is pretty cool

2. Catamarans

I had the opportunity to go on a catamaran excursion when I was in the Mayan Riviera this past winter. It was great to be out on the open water.

3. Paramore and The Veronicas

Just some music to check out

4. http://www.sweetsanddreams.ca/

Sweets and Dreams is a little bakery located in downtown Whitby (my home town). I first had some of their cupcakes at a friends wedding shower. They were delicious!!! I ordered two boxes for my son's first birthday last summer and they were eaten up pretty quickly. They have a wide selection of flavours of cake and icing.

5. http://www.galwaytourism.ie/

I was lucky enough to go on a Contiki tour of Ireland a few summers ago. One of the stops was in Galway. It has to be my favorite town in the entire world. It has great shopping, restaurants and bars (try The Kings Head, you will not be disappointed) and is very picturesque.

6. http://www.departuresentertainment.com/about.html

This is my newest favorite show. The third season will be premiering on March 6 on OLN.

The cast, crew and producers of the show are having a VIP Gala event in the celebration of the premier of the new season. They invited 300 of the fans and viewers to attend. Me and 2 of my friends are lucky enough to be attending. Stay tuned for pictures of the night.

That's it for now.
